Mercedes-Benz is all about keeping customers on the road with confidence—offering everything from genuine parts to top-tier service, warranties and seamless convenience. GenuineCare is at the heart of it all. During COVID, they needed a dedicated online platform to keep dealerships informed, reassured and in control—making sure they felt safe and supported every step of the way.
The Strategy
With COVID limiting face-to-face interactions, Mercedes-Benz Vans needed a new way to connect with dealerships. The solution? An Online Virtual Experience that put dealerships in direct contact with Mercedes-Benz Vans technical experts. Live presentations, interactive Q&A sessions and real-time engagement made sure dealerships stayed informed, reassured and in the driver’s seat when it came to understanding Mercedes-Benz Vans. No barriers, just seamless support—right when they needed it most.
