Merchandising
22 Hardware stores in key KZN locations were merchandised and trained. Each store manager was visited by a store auditor and an agreement was made as to where and when the merchandising would be delivered and setup.

The Game Plan Kit is used for training in-store staff. It consists of a drawstring bag, tape measure, shirt, pen, umbrella, A5 presenter and a specially designed leaflet that uses football as a theme to help-store staff learn and understand the Dumuzas objectives.
